Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
When will my order be shipped?
Our warehouse team works Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Friday - Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday or Tuesday. While we work hard to process and ship all orders in 1-2 days, please allow up to 4 business days for orders to be shipped during peak periods.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, packed and prepared for dispatch you will receive your tracking information. A tracking link will be sent to you in the shipping confirmation email, or SMS if you have provided your mobile number.
How do I receive free shipping?
Shipping costs vary for each country. For each country we have a different threshold to receive free shipping.

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to edit or cancel an order once it has been placed.
I didn’t receive my order confirmation?
Please note, depending on your email settings, your order confirmation may automatically be redirected to your junk or spam folder. If you still can not find your order confirmation mail, please contact our Customer Service Team via email support@gymbeaston.com with your full name, order number and correct email address.
How long will it take for customer service to respond?
You can expect a response from our team within 1 business day. Our customer service team works Monday - Friday.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: iDEAL, Klarna, Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
What currency will I be charged in?
As we are a Netherlands based company, all our orders are processed in EURO.
If you live outside of the EU, don't worry! Our system automatically uses the most recent exchange rate to process any payment in your native currency.
How do I find out if an item is coming back in stock?
The best way to stay up-to-date on restocks and new product releases is to follow us on our socials and sign up for our mailing list.
How do I start a return or exchange?

Can I return my order for free?
At this time, we do not offer free return shipping or refunds on Customs or Duties.
Please note: Our returns portal will produce a pre-paid return label for you. The shipping & handling fee of the return will be deducted from your refund total. Shipping costs, if applicable, can not be refunded.
I received the wrong item. What can I do?
Please send an email with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item we sent you to support@gymbeaston.com. We will make sure you will receive the correct item(s) as soon as possible!
