CONTENTS PRIVACYSTATEMENT
This is the privacy statement of GYMBEASTON B.V., located at (3016 BM) Rotterdam, Westplein 12 (NL) and registered at the Dutch Chamber of commerce under number; 86339427. (Hereinafter to be called; ‘GYMBEASTON’ or ‘we’). GYMBEASTON ensures that personal data is processed in accordance with privacy laws and regulations, including the Personal Data Protection Act (Wbp) and the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG).
In this statement we inform you about which personal data we process, what is done with that data and what rights you have. GYMBEASTON will only use your personal data in accordance with the purposes stated in this statement. GYMBEASTON makes every effort to protect the processed personal data.
Whose personal data do we process?
GYMBEASTON processes the personal data of customers who have had direct or indirect contact with it. GYMBEASTON receives the data directly from you when you visit the website, create an account, enter certain information or when you contact customer service.
GYMBEASTON may also receive your data from a third party in some cases, for example if someone sends a gift directly to you. In that case GYMBEASTON will receive your name and address details. If you give permission to another party to share your data with us, we can also obtain your data through them.

This personal data is obtained in order to process your order and to answer any questions about your order. The processing grounds that GYMBEASTON uses relate to the execution of the concluded (purchase) agreement and the fulfillment of our legal obligations. GYMBEASTON is legally obliged to keep data from your orders (such as invoices and other accounting documents) for 7 years.

This personal data is obtained in order to process your order and to answer any questions about your order. GYMBEASTON uses your orders and reviews to gain a better understanding of your preference for the products.
The grounds that GYMBEASTON uses to store personal data are the execution of the concluded (purchase) agreement and the fulfillment of our legal obligations. The basis for using orders and reviews is based on the legitimate interest to simplify transactions and gain insight into the product preferences of our customers.
If you delete your account, GYMBEASTON will only keep the data that it is legally obliged to keep. We must keep invoices and other accounting documents for 7 years. All other account data will be deleted immediately.

Telephone conversations can be recorded for training and analysis purposes. You will always be informed that the conversation can be recorded, what the recordings are for and who the intended recipient is. You can object to this and you have the right to access the recording.
The basis for recording the telephone conversations is the legitimate interest of GYMBEASTON to use these interactions to improve our services. The telephone conversation is kept for 3 months.
If you ask a question via GYMBEASTON's social media channels, the data provided will be stored and possibly added to the data that GYMBEASTON already has from you. The reason for this is to be able to act as well as possible on your question or comment. The questions you ask via our customer service are stored for 6 months.

You can subscribe to our website through the website. GYMBEASTON likes to keep you informed of developments and promotions via the newsletter. You will only receive the newsletter if you have given permission for this. We store this data with permission;

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or, if you have created an account, by withdrawing permission in your account. GYMBEASTON uses your click behavior to determine which parts of the newsletter are of interest to you. We use this information to compile the newsletter. We process your click behavior based on our legitimate interest to gain insight into the preferences of our customers.

If you place an order through one of our ambassadors, we store the following information:
- Order number
- Coupon number
- Order value
The information is used for reporting purposes, no further personal data is shared with the ambassador.

- What you do on our website
- Your type of internet browser and the type of device you use to visit our website
GYMBEASTON processes this data on the basis of a legitimate interest to improve the website and to gain insight into the product preferences of customers.
GYMBEASTON will only store visitor data for as long as we are obliged to do so and for a maximum of 26 months. We will then ask you for permission again, otherwise the data will be permanently deleted.
Sharing personal data with third parties
GYMBEASTON will not sell your personal information to third parties. Your data will only be made available to third parties involved in processing your order, for example the parcel deliverer.
GYMBEATSON may also share your data with partners who support it with:
- supporting our customer service;
- supporting our advertising and marketing campaigns;
- support in conducting customer research and obtaining ratings and reviews;
- providing financial services, such as payment services, collection agencies and credit information agencies.
Our employees and third parties engaged by us are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data. GYMBEASTON does not allow third parties to use your personal data for their own purposes; we only allow third parties to process your data for specific purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
Furthermore, GYMBEASTON can pass on your personal data to the government if they require this. This may occur first of all if certain government institutions need this information for the performance of their tasks, such as the tax authorities. The police or judiciary may also need certain data in the event of fraud or abuse. Finally, certain supervisory authorities may gain access to personal data in the context of an investigation.
View, modify or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw any consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data. You have the right to portability of your data. This means that you can submit a request to GYMBEASTON to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or to an organization mentioned by you.
You can send a request for access, correction, deletion or transfer of your personal data or a request to withdraw your consent to or objection to the processing of your personal data to mydata@gymbeaston.com. After establishing your identity, we will inform you within four weeks of receiving your request which personal data GYMBEASTON processes or can possibly remove, protect or improve.
If you have created an account, you can view and change your details at any time via the 'my account' page.

Do you have a complaint about compliance with this privacy statement or violation of your rights under the law? Then please contact support@gymbeaston.nl. You also have the option of submitting a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, we refer you to their website: https://www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
