Return & refund policy

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If your purchase does not work out for any reason, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be unwashed and unworn with original tags and in the original bags. Returns will be refunded back to the original form of payment. At this time, we do not offer free return shipping or refunds on Customs or Duties.

Please note: all final sale items are definitive and cannot be returned for a refund. However, we do allow size exchanges on sale items (if available) as a courtesy.

Return standards and conditions

We gladly accept returns for refunds!
By adding return items to your return, you are verifying that you have (1) received the items selected to return and (2) intend to return the selected items.
Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.

Items covered in animal/human hair are subject to denial.
Items covered in glitter, powder, skin cells, or other matter are subject to denial.
Items with piling may be subject to denial.
Items with strong odors or smells like smoke, cologne, detergent, scented sprays, body odor, etc., will not be accepted.
Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.
We cannot accept returns on any water bottles, face masks, underwear, bodysuits, or socks for hygiene reasons.
Swimwear can be returned, if the original liner is still attached. If the liner is detached, we cannot accept any returns for these pieces due to hygiene reasons.
At this time, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. 
Any returns that are delivered outside of 30 days of the delivery date of your order may be subject to denial. Please contact our support team if your return is delayed unexpectedly.
Any items discounted 30% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Items discounted less than 30% are welcome to be returned within our 30-day window.

From when a parcel is received at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be finalized.

Please note: Our returns portal will produce a return label for you. The shipping & handling fee of the return will be deducted from your refund total. Shipping costs, if applicable, can not be refunded.

All items are thoroughly inspected upon arrival in our warehouse. If the item being returned does not comply with our standards as mentioned above, you will be contacted and given the option to have this returned back to you (at personal cost), or for this return to be disposed of.

Gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.
